This policy explains what information EYLYR collects through eylyr.com, primarily through the contact and strategy-session form, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact or strategy-session form, EYLYR collects the information you provide directly:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company name
- Company website (optional)
- Team size
- Industry
- A description of your primary operational bottleneck
- Phone number (optional)
- Preferred contact method (email or phone)
- Any additional message you choose to include (optional)
How we use this information
Information submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, understand your operation well enough to have a useful conversation, and schedule a strategy session if you request one.
EYLYR does not sell, rent, or share the information you submit with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. This site does not use third-party advertising trackers.
If website analytics are enabled, they are configured to be privacy-respecting and do not receive the personal information submitted through the form.
How information is shared
EYLYR uses a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site and deliver form submissions — for example, an email-delivery provider used to route your message to EYLYR. These providers process the information only to perform that function; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
EYLYR does not sell personal information, and does not share it with data brokers or ad networks.
Data retention
Information submitted through the form is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of the conversation, and meet basic business record-keeping needs. EYLYR aims to keep retention minimal and does not retain form submissions indefinitely by default.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time. To do so, use the contact form at /contact and note that you're requesting deletion or correction of your information, including the email address you used originally so the request can be matched.
EYLYR will act on deletion requests within a reasonable time and confirm once complete.
Security
EYLYR applies reasonable technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this site, including input validation, rate limiting, and server-side handling of form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and EYLYR does not claim any specific security certification for this site at this time.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. EYLYR does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy is a launch draft and is expected to change as it is reviewed by the founders and legal counsel, and as EYLYR's tools and providers evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
