Outreach & Growth Associate

Own outbound email and LinkedIn activity, help build EYLYR's pipeline, maintain clean CRM records, and support the company's public presence.

Role overview

You'll run EYLYR's top-of-funnel outbound — finding the right businesses, writing outreach worth replying to, and keeping the pipeline organized as it grows.

What you’ll do

  • Find leads through relevant business directories
  • Prepare personalized cold-email outreach
  • Conduct personal LinkedIn outreach
  • Help manage the EYLYR LinkedIn company page
  • Keep CRM information current
  • Prepare and share daily outreach lists and reports
  • Track conversations and follow-up activity
